Formatting
All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding, which will be distributed to all the delegates during the Conference. The ICEIE 2012 papers will be published by Energy Procedia (ISSN: 1876-6102, ELSEVIER), which will be included in the indexed by EI Compendex and Thomson ISI.
Each paper is limited to 5 pages normally, and additional pages will be charged. Please follow the ICEIE 2012 Conference template below.

SUBMISSION
Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES: Regular Papers: Up to 5 extra pages may be purchased at 70 USD per extra page. Electronic Submission System or by Email iceie@vip.163.com . All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
